I hired Jaci because I wanted someone who had actual credentials; her education background is related to health and fitness. She has a very easy going personality, and will cheerfully motivate you throughout your workout. She demonstrates the exercises that she has customized to your goals, and switches up your exercises so it stays interesting. One of my favorites is putting on the boxing gloves and hitting the pads.
