Week four:
I hope to be able to add to this review as time goes on, but for now
Vinny is proving every session to be a capable and knowledgeable trainer. He takes injuries, age, fitness levels all into account and creates varied workouts that change from session to session, slowly building my endurance and strength. I felt results after week two and am now feeling much more in touch with my body and movement.
Vinny does not get loud or aggressive, he is capable of getting results with the calm reassurance of someone who is confident in himself and profession.
Highly recommend, will not be disappointed.

I am enjoying working with Joannie Fay. She responded quickly and gave me personalized guidance right from the start from how she responded to my questions to the customized workout routines she has developed for me. I am impressed by the dedicated in-home training facility she has set up, and the In Body monitor. I am very glad I decided to use JFay Fitness!

I joined Koko Herndon when I started a weight loss program with a separate organization. My goal in joining Koko was to exercise more for health reasons and to burn calories to assist in weight loss. After reaching goal weight, I continued on at Koko because I enjoyed the programs and found the visits to be short, comprehensive and satisfying. As I write this review, it is now years later and I continue to visit Koko several times a week for both strength and cardio workouts. I can work out as intensively or as moderately as I choose, go as often or infrequently as I elect, and while at Koko, I can do as many cardio and strength sessions as I wish. Everything is computerized, and the pace bar of the strength sessions assure correct rhythm, and the staff assures correct form. The cardio sessions offer a vast array of options, beginner, medium and advanced, with many different sessions to choose at each level. The Koko staff is FANTASTIC - I cannot say more. If you have read this far, I offer one more tidbit of information for those seeking a fit club membership. The reason I have continued my membership at Koko is because the sessions work extremely well for me, as I have continued on at Koko for many, many years. Bottom line, this membership works perfectly well and satisfies all of my fitness needs. I encourage you to give it a try - I think you will be delighted. Craig Zalk, Reston VA

I have been working out with the trainers at PHX Strength since June of 2021 and cannot be happier with the results. When my friends ask me what my favorite thing about PHX Strength, I say... 1 - I love that in 20 minutes I can get the workout of over an hour on my own at the gym. 2 - I love that I have a personal trainer that will make sure I don't get hurt while they push me to work harder. 3 - I love all the insight I get from my trainer about my mind-body connection 4 - I love how much stronger I feel after only 10 months twice a week for 20 minutes each As a busy business owner, these 20 minutes are supper efficient use of my time. Highly recommend you invest in your self...what is 20 minutes twice a week? #paceisthetrick
When it comes to achieving your fitness goals, having the right support can make all the difference. If you're looking to transform your health and fitness journey, finding a personal trainer in Reston could be your best move. Whether you're aiming to lose weight, build muscle, or simply maintain a healthy lifestyle, a personal fitness trainer offers the expertise and motivation you need. With personalized coaching, a PT trainer can help you navigate the world of exercise and nutrition, ensuring you see results faster and more efficiently.
Embarking on a fitness journey can be daunting, especially when you're not sure where to start. This is where personal trainers come into play. They are not just about barking orders or pushing you to your limits; they are your partners in health, offering tailored guidance every step of the way. If you've been searching for a "personal trainer near me" or considering personal training for a while, here's why hiring a personal trainer is a game-changer:
1. Personalized Workouts: Not all bodies are the same, and neither should your workouts be. Personal trainers create custom fitness plans that align with your specific goals, whether that's weight loss, muscle gain, or improved endurance.
2. Expert Guidance: With professional training and experience, personal trainers offer insights that prevent injury and maximize your efforts. Their expertise is particularly beneficial for those recovering from injuries or dealing with chronic health issues.
3. Accountability and Motivation: It's easy to fall off the fitness wagon when you're going it alone. A personal trainer provides the accountability you need to stay on track and the motivation to push through those days when you'd rather skip the gym.
4. Faster Results: By ensuring you're using the right techniques and exercises, personal trainers help you achieve your goals more quickly. They focus on efficient workouts that target your problem areas and optimize your time in the gym.
5. Overcoming Barriers: Many people struggle with motivation or confusion about what exercises to perform. Personal trainers eliminate these barriers by offering clarity and direction, making your fitness journey less overwhelming.
In Reston, you'll find a variety of personal training services to suit your needs and preferences. Whether you prefer an in-home personal training experience or the energy of a gym setting, there's an option for everyone:
Finding the right personal trainer involves more than just a quick search for "personal trainers near me." It's about finding someone whose expertise and training style align with your goals and personality. Here’s how you can find the perfect match:
1. Define Your Goals: Be clear about what you want to achieve. Are you looking to improve overall fitness, train for a specific event, or focus on weight loss? Knowing your goals will guide your search.
2. Check Qualifications and Experience: Ensure your personal trainer is certified and has experience in the area you're interested in. This is crucial for safety and effectiveness.
3. Read Reviews and Testimonials: Hearing from past clients can provide insight into a trainer’s style and success rate. Look for consistent positive feedback and proven results.
4. Consider the Training Environment: Decide if you prefer a gym setting, outdoor sessions, or in-home training. Your comfort level with the environment can impact your motivation and success.
5. Meet and Assess Compatibility: Before committing, meet with potential trainers to discuss your goals and see if their approach matches your expectations. Compatibility is key to a successful training relationship.
If you're ready to take the next step in your fitness journey, it's time to find a personal trainer in Reston who can turn your goals into reality. With the right support, you'll gain the confidence, skills, and motivation needed to achieve lasting health and wellness. Whether you're starting fresh or looking to overcome a plateau, a personal trainer can provide the expertise and encouragement you need to succeed.
Explore the options available, reach out for free quotes, and choose a trainer who resonates with your fitness vision. Remember, investing in a personal trainer is not just about getting fit—it's about transforming your lifestyle and embracing a healthier, happier you.
I provide personal training, strength training, and nutrition services to people of all ages, goals, and walks of life. I have worked with clients ages 13-82 years old. I specialize in helping seniors stay strong and able to enjoy every day activities!
I use proven strength training methods to improve fitness, gain muscle, and build strength.
Consistency over everything. It's easy to follow a plan for a week, but staying disciplined over the course of months is what creates real change.
I love the range of people I get to meet and work with. I have helped 13-year-olds prepare for soccer season and given 80-year-olds the confidence to walk upstairs and on beaches.
I decided to start my own business because I had been training in a commercial gym for two years and I wanted the freedom that comes with working for yourself. Now I get to decide who I want to work with, make my own schedule, and of course, have access to a much nicer facility.
Clients should choose me because I have helped people like them before. Come to me with any issues and I will be completely honest about whether I'll be able to help you. Although I am constantly pursuing further education, I will never take on a client that is outside my range of knowledge.
I provide In-Person and Online Training. I generally recommend In-Person for those with little to no workout experience or people who have highly specific needs and require a closer eye in the gym. If you are familiar with and confident in the gym then Online Training may be a good choice for you. I am also qualified to provide nutrition coaching. I generally do that entirely Online, as it is easier for me to track your progress that way.
