Everything is computerized, and the pace bar of the strength sessions assure correct rhythm, and the staff assures correct form. The cardio sessions offer a vast array of options, beginner, medium and advanced, with many different sessions to choose at each level. The Koko staff is FANTASTIC - I cannot say more. If you have read this far, I offer one more tidbit of information for those seeking a fit club membership. The reason I have continued my membership at Koko is because the sessions work extremely well for me, as I have continued on at Koko for many, many years.
