I used Tenaciti for personal training 2x/week for 2 months, and they were fantastic! I saw Ted and George, different styles of training but always great, intense workouts. You can have a dedicated trainer but with their network, there's always a substitute available if you run into a scheduling conflict, so they're very flexible with your busy schedule. Especially appreciated the ability to meet in my local park for outdoor training during the pandemic. I was pretty brand new to fitness and they helped me get on my feet. Hope to try out their boot camps or other classes in the future too.

We help clients achieve their fitness goals by first gaining a deep understanding of what their goals are. Saying you want to lose 10 pounds is usually not the true goal of the client. "I want to lose 10 pounds so I feel more comfortable in a bikini for my trip to Cabo this summer" is a goal that has meaning to it and that is the person that will commit and really see changes.
