As a nationally credentialed Exercise Physiologist, my focus is on improving your health and fitness through research-based exercise programs. My background is from the clinical world where I created (and still do) exercise programs for individuals who have various chronic health conditions to be able to reduce their dependence on medication as well as for individuals who might not connect with a traditional gym setting. I work with my clients virtually and curate 100% customized programs for them. We stay connected daily (M-F) and we will work together to come up with the best plan for you. I will never promise you an unrealistic program to get "shredded abs in just 12 weeks". The unfortunate reality about these types of programs is that they rarely work and often cause injury. If they do happen to work though, it's not sustainable to create a lifelong habit of exercise. Instead, I take a holistic approach to integrate movement into your everyday life, for life. We will work together to create a program that fits into your already busy life and I'll keep you accountable. My goal is to give you the tools you need to be able to be independent with making movement and healthy habits part of your lifestyle. The clients that I work with are from all walks of life, but have one thing in common - they want to create a sustainable habit that will last a lifetime so that they, too, can gain all of the amazing benefits that exercise has to offer. While my main focus is on clients who are working to integrate exercise for health reasons, I grew up playing soccer at the national level and running track at the regional level, so I also have a great deal of experience working with athletes as well. So whether this is your first time ever exercising or you're an athlete looking to keep yourself going in your off season, I can't wait to help you reach your full potential!

My favorite part about what I do is helping people discover how amazing their body is meant to feel and function. I love when a client tells me that they can now do something that they haven't been able to do in years (or ever) or when my clients can get back to doing the hobbies that bring them the most joy that they prevoiusly gave up.
I was inspired to leave the traditional clinical world because I felt like it was too limiting. I was constantly running into barriers for my clients to recieve the programming they so desparately needed. Whether it was due to lack of transportation (some of my clients couldn't drive), financial costs, finding an appointment time that worked for their schedule, and the list goes on. With virtual programming, all of these barriers are reduced as much as possible and I am also now able to reach people BEFORE there is a catastrophic health problem.
My philosophy around exercise is to make it enjoyable, accessible, and science-based. I used little to no equipment is most of my programs so they can be done by anyone, anywhere. I use modifications and progressions to make sure that you're getting the most out of your program by meeting your optimal challenge level. I'm always there for you every step of the way so let's get you moving!
I provide my services remotely via video sessions, texting, and an app. I create customized workouts for you within the app and we stay connected daily M-F via texting so I can answer any questions you may have, correct your form, keep you motivated, and keep you accountable.
