There are plenty of class times to choose from, even during the middle of the day when I can break away from work. The workout is so thorough for the whole body! I also love that I don’t have to think about it, I just have to show up and be told what to do. I love that I can book classes easily from an app, and that I get a report of my work out after each session. All of the coaches are great, have high energy, and are trained extremely well. The whole operation is professional; the facility is very well maintained and clean! It’s worth every penny!
