I first worked with Shanel (who moved out of state) and then now Colby. They have both been phenomenal! I have been making PRs left and right and exceeding (sometimes doubling) the goals we originally set together. Colby helps to encourage but also push you in all the best ways! Why do I encourage individual practice? Well, it goes back decades. I was so interested in adding yoga to my practice. I signed up for a beginning class, purchased a nice mat, and even showed up early. I rolled out my mat and was ready to go. When class began, I figured out that I was missing pieces of equipment that everyone else had. I also learned quickly that the instructor would say a movement and everyone else just jumped into it. I was lost, completely not flexible/strong enough to succeed, and left after ten minutes. Forward many, many decades and much learning. Eastern Movement Arts are wonderful for everyone at every level. Everyone can succeed at them with time. Eastern Movement may help lower stress, encourages some stretching and joint mobility, AND gives well needed self-time and self-care. Because we all move differently, I want you to have a great, positive, individualized experience. I want you to fall in love with QiGong and Yoga, as I have. Have you felt uncomfortable in the past? I am here for you now. We will get comfortable in the Eastern Movement Arts together.

I offer individual and group sessions, both virtually and in-person. In-person sessions and events are held at 1336 Lake Street, Ogden, Utah.
Most of our work is one-on-one. Our class size is limited to four individuals. This is not only due to Covid--19, but also because I believe the best things can be accomplished through individual attention. All of us are so different.
