We have only been going to APEC for about 3 months and I have to say that I'm extremely impressed... My son is a very quiet and somewhat shy kid he is a runner so Coach Will has definitely been good for him... He absolutely loves going to practice there and seeing just how hard he will be working on all the different things we ask his coach to help with..
But I also love that if we can't make a Saturday training session He just emails his coach and they work out a different day for him to train... as well as when the facility is going to be closing for holidays they make sure to email or text or call to set up different days for them to come in and get their training in....
I definitely recommend this facility for any child or teen wanting to improve or learn more about their skilled sport...
