Jerry has been helping me get stronger and become more fit for a few months, When I first started on this journey I could not do 5 pushups and forget dips, I am proud to know I am able to do 25 push ups and 25 dips in a row without resting, I loath dips but I am getting stronger and even though I have not had a huge weight loss I have noticed my tummy is getting firmer and I am getting stronger. Jerry is very patient and works with you. I give him 2 thumbs up!

We love this place! Our 12 and 16 kids are taking lessons here and they enjoin it a lot. Tim McFatridge does a great job while teaching them. Our youngest one is getting more confidence and has already stopped some kids at school from bulling him. Our daughter, the oldest one is learning how to defend her self against unwanted attacks and also getting ready to college. They need to know how defend their self!!!!!

I have been going to Golds Gym for over a year. The staff is extraordinary. My trainer , Amanda, is professional and works to give me the exercise routines I need.
