Business started in 1994. I take my experience in developing my physique and fitness level, and what I have learned in helping others for decades and customize a program for you. The FIT-BODY Lab is a Multi-Purpose, Cross-Functional Training Studio in Frisco, Texas. We focus on Group Fitness Classes, Personal Training and Nutritional Monitoring, a Curriculum-based Youth Health & Fitness Program, and Strength and Conditioning for Advanced Athletes. The FIT-Body LAB has uncovered what we feel is THE PERFECT Diet and Exercise Practice to make our clients stronger, healthier, have more energy, be less-prone to illness and injury, and having that “perfect” body that others will be envious to have.

There's always room for improvement. Whether you're just starting on your fitness journey or you have experience, we can all use a little direction to achieve what we need. I offer a different approach to health and fitness to show people that it's not just about lifting weights or sweating. A pre-designed plan can be a tool that helps you, and me, understand what you need to focus on when you need to focus on it.
I am a Master Trainer through ISSA specializing in Exercise Therapy, Sports Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning, Youth Fitness, and Group Fitness. I offer veteran and first responder discounts. I charge monthly flat rates instead of hourly rates to make it easier on you as I care more about helping you than breaking the bank.
Through a science based nutritional and exercise program that includes various types of circuit, hiit, and resistance training depending on their personal goals and abilities.
Consistency. No one is perfect and we all falter. Whether you mess up a meal or have a family thing pop up unexpectedly causing you to miss a workout. Life happens for all of us, we deal with it, reset and keep pushing forward. Motivation only takes you so far because we are not machines, but consistency will take you where you want to go.

They shouldn’t choose me, we should see if there is a right fit. If you simply choose a trainer from a list you are gambling to whether it is a waste of time or not. There could be personality clashes etc that make you a bad match. I believe the trainer - client relationship is very much like any other relationship, it has to be a natural fit. That is why I offer free initial consultations and two free workouts to see if we are compatible. I am a people person and strive to be a fit for everyone.
Yes. I can usually use Zoom or Skype for online clients. With these clients, there are regular check-ins, workouts, and meetings very similar to an in-person client.
No real changes as we have always been OCD about cleaning our equipment and our studio.
