They have every everything you need. Dumbbells go up to 125 pounds, there is plenty of cardio equipment, and they have a back room with a half rack, sissy squat, leg press, power rack, prowler and a few more things like bands and kettle bands.
The gym is never that busy so you never have to wait for machines. The owner is always there too.

Hi, my name is Karisha. For years I struggled with my weight until I was diagnosed with diabetes and I knew I had to do make serious changes or I’d be taking medications my whole life. Within one year, I lost over 120 lbs by exercising consistently and making lifestyle changes with my diet.
