Though I may not go to Advantage BJJ, I did go to Mr. Cantu's old dojo, and it was AMAZING.
I was put into Martial Arts in 3rd grade because of bullying. It had gotten out of hand and my mom decided it was time for me to learn how to protect myself. Me being incredibly shy and wary of human contact,
I HATED this idea.
When I started, I was welcomed by Ms. Alex and Mr. Cantu, and nice children who were excited to have me join. I felt at ease within the next lesson. I then stayed in the program for YEARS, and I joined the after school program, and even the summer program. It was AMAZING. The staff and facility are awesome, and everyone is friendly.
But most importantly, this has also taught me life skills, strength, and discipline. A kid that was a previous student of Mr. Cantu goes to school with me, and he tried to jump me with his friends over a time-frame of 2 weeks. But I didn't feel afraid because I'd rolled/fought with him before in class. I knew I'd have the tools necessary to defend myself but not seriously hurt anybody.
I cannot thank you enough, Mr. Cantu. I still think about karate and jijitsu and all the fun times I had there. I hope you are doing well. :)

I started training with David almost a year ago, and I love coming to ZERO training center. David is very knowledgeable and he takes the time to explain the science behind each exercise. He ensures proper form and safety during the workouts. I love the changes I've seen in my body and in my strength so far. I also love how confident I feel now when working out on my own. I highly recommend David and ZERO Training center!

My husband and I just signed up for a year membership after working with Seena for the last 6 months. We had been going to another local gym, following our own program, but I was having trouble getting beyond a weak knee. I have had therapy by Dr Kulcak at Airrosti and received invaluable assistance and significant pain relief, but to continue an ongoing strengthening program of my own she felt I needed the help of a personal trainer. After my knee buckled and gave out on me while squatting at the gym, I finally had to admit she was right. On her recommendation I called Seena. He has been able to assess my particular weaknesses and has designed individualized workouts that meet both mine and my husband's very different ability levels. We are in our late 50's, enjoy skiing and hiking and want to stay active as long as we can. We both really can't recommend Strongfound highly enough. We now use the gym like any other gym, and can work out at times that work with our schedule.

Been coming to Reign for 5 years and it never gets old. I'm never going to be the strongest or fastest in the gym but I love the varied workouts and motivation and encouragement I receive from the coaches. I've also met many wonderful people during my time at Reign and we do our best to keep each other accountable. Hard to justify skipping a day when you know your friend is expecting you to be there. Highly recommend stopping in and trying it out.

This is where I fell in love with yoga. Not only yoga, Â but HOT Yoga! That's right, they turn the heat up to 90 degrees so you can sweat all those toxins out and really stretch into the poses. Â This class ranges from beginners to professionals. Nicole is awesome with her yoga instructions and will assist if you don't understand the pose. Her music is very relaxing and I love her thoughts for the day. Â It's usually something that I've been thinking about also. My favorite part of the class is at the end when Nicole places a cold eucalyptus towel over my forehead and I just relax for several minutes. They provide blocks and you can rent a mat. Infinity also offers spin classes, Â but I haven't found the time to take a class. Â I would really like to try the Friday Night Lights class because it sounds like a lot of fun! If your looking to get rid of all your stress and stretch out your sore muscles, Â this is the place to be!
I help my clients achieve their fitness goals by being their mentor and cheerleader when no one else is. I teach my clients everything I know from my certifications and schooling I can. I want my clients to be able to leave my trainings after 6-12 weeks and have confidence in themselves and feel like they know what they are doing!
There is no secrete to it. As I have wrote before what you put in is what you get out. Diet is about 85-90% of this process and then movement (resistance training, HITT, cardio) is the rest.
I love hearing the stories of how I help my clients feel better about themselves, seeing them feel more confident, health issues are going away or not as noticeable (I am not a doctor in any way nor can I cure anything), hearing daily activities getting easier for them, and so many more!!
I have always loved fitness and helping others. Since I was younger I played sports (volleyball, basketball, softball), ran track and cross country, and since have ran 3 half marathons along with HITT and resistance training. During COVID, it gave me an opportunity to get certified and make a living doing what I love.
With my company, you are not only working with the owner but also gaining a support system. I give you honest feedback and my goal is to make sure you have confidence and knowledge to keep your fitness journey going even after your sessions with me. I want nothing but the best for my clients.
Yes, I can do online coaching or training 1-on-1 via Microsoft teams. If you would like more details on this please do not hesitate to reach out.
Before and after every client I clean all the equipment down and if clients prefer to wear mask I will do so for their comfort.
