I have been a client of Diane's since the mid nineties following her through her transitions from personal trainer to her current status as a certified Stott instructor owning her own studio. He knows how to focuses on the season- ski time, we workout so I can keep up with my kids on the slopes! Summer workout is so I feel good at the pool! He holds 7 certificates, I believe he is the only trainer that has this many in our area. The Woodlands is a small community and if you have yet to try a workout with FIT, I bet you are missing out. Amazing. I was pretty skeptical when I first went to Jarrett a few years ago with a tweaked back from a bicycle accident. Luckily, I took my friend's recommendation and gave him a try - he was able to work the knot out in quick order. Recently, I somehow pulled a muscle near my ribcage. It was debilitating. I actually thought I had a broken rib; I couldn't lift anything on my right side and woke up due to the pain when I tried to roll over in my sleep. When I realized it was a muscle issue and not a broken bone, I knew just who to call...After a 90 minute session, I left a brand new man. I was able to work (my job is almost entirely manual labor) with hardly any pain at all. He's great at what he does and I would highly recommend checking him out!
