We have 15 trainers that can train you in what ever your needs are, the rates are $25 to $45 per hour depending on the trainer. With me you will have someone to, not only draw up your exercise programs, but I will motivate you to get through them. You will have someone to speak positivity into your spirit inside and outside of sessions. You will have someone to hold you accountable when you decide to eat something that is not a part of your nutritional goals. You will have an open ear that is always interested in hearing about your day at work or you child's soccer game. I will cater the workout atmosphere to your likings. Do you like to workout to music? All equipment at my gym is wiped and sanitized between each client. Also, I spray the gym with sanitization spray. Hand sanitizer and wipes are provided free of charge.
