Prefect place for the entire family! You really get alot for your money. Tennis, Racquet Ball, Volleyball, Basketball, Full Gym, with a variety of classes, Pool, Â Bistro and Day Care. I joined for the Tennis. They offer morining and evening drills at all levels and it's all included with the Club membership fee!So affordable! Â Highly recommend it!

HOLY COW WHAT A BOX!!! I have been overweight and unhappy for a few years now and with a full-time, very intense job and a full-time class load, working out was the last thing on my mind. Then I met Coach Ben!! What a difference this guy has made. He and the other coaches are extremely good at what they do and super knowledgeable about diets, food, recipes, workouts, techniques, and anything Crossfit. The hospitality, the training, the workouts (or WOD's as the Crossfitters call 'em), and the overall experience is a life saving experience. NO BS!! Out of a 3 scale I wish there was 10+....Amazing experience and after listening to Coach Ben and working hard and watching what I eat and following a Paleo-ish lifestyle, I have lost 23 lbs in 28 days. I have lost more inches, but often times looking at a scale will show immediate results and a when I can barely fit in my clothes (BC they are toooooo big!!) anymore I know I am doing well. Mikaela is the best personal trainer I have worked with it! She is super friendly and is always encouraging. I have done her personal training workouts and her meal plan program. She definitely pushes you and will be sore the next day. Her meal plans are easy to follow and if you have any questions she is always available. I have been training with Birthfit Killeen through my second trimester and it has made a huge difference. Working out with other women who are pregnant or postpartum has kept me motivated to show up and work hard week after week. Sometimes I worry that I am not strong enough, or too pregnant for a certain exercise, and then after I get a little coaching I am stunned to find that I really can do it, and I feel safe. I started having some pubic symphysis pain towards the end of my second trimester, and Jen provides me plenty of options to avoid moves that are painful, while still making sure I leave feeling like I challenged myself and got a good workout. I plan to keep going into my third trimester and hopefully come back once I am cleared for exercise postpartum.
