Jodi's gym is one of the best or if not the best workout facilities that I can think of or even been to Jody himself will work with you the staffs is very very helpful very polite they know their business in that working out getting in shape helping people get in tune with their bodies and Minds. When I started at Joe V's I started on the silver sneakers program it's basically an open membership at Jody's I am an amputee when I started Josie gave me a personal tour of the facility and showed me what would give the best results me and it worked so a month 2 months down the road I get scheduled for surgery to have a revisions done. Joey and I stayed in contact the whole time that I was recovering said you want a club or look out for Jim that cares about you as an individual this is the place to go

I started at TDM in January thinking I would take advantage of the special they were running for the new year, one month of unlimited classes, then be on my way to something else. Well, fast forward to now, mid November, and to my surprise I just can’t quit. When I started I hated cycling/spin, but knew I needed the cardio. I had to force myself to go. But the instructors here bring so much energy & incredible playlist it makes you want to come back for more. The barre classes are also packed with so much energy & come with killer playlists. Be prepared to be sore in areas you’ve never been sore before. Also, the community here is pretty special!

I know many of us have been wanting a gym like this for years. well, here it is. Right in Granbury . The equipment in the gym is superb. All 100% new. The cables are very smooth. There are multiple bench for chest press, multiple squat boxes and racks, upright Smith machine, padded weights for the drop. I could go on for days. I love the owners Shane and Kat. They are extremely nice and have been in the gym forever. I am so excited to see this gym fill up.

Being in athletics my whole life I had a challenging time with nutrition, proper form, and proper guidance. I had the opportunity to have good coaches but I didn’t have anyone to properly guide me when it came to proper lifting form and proper nutrition. The university I went to only had football weightlifting coaches at the time. They trained me and my teammates like football players. With constantly getting injured and feeling frustrated I decided to go into the fitness industry to help people who need guidance on lifting, weight loss, toning, and overall strength and conditioning. I use to work at big box gyms however it became to be all about sells. When Covid hit that’s when I decided to launch Kalu Konditioning. Being able to focus on my clientele instead of worrying about sales has been the most rewarding and fulfilling decision I have made.
Kalu Konditioning is focused around the client. I understand people are busy so we aim on meeting you where you’re at and making your fitness journey as smooth as possible. I train at parks, tracks, and my personal gym. If these locations do not work for you I also offer at home workouts in which I will provide the equipment. Not only do I focus on the exercise aspect of fitness I also incorporate nutritional guidance along with stretching services. With my expertise in group training as well, if my clientele wants to train with other individuals we can set that up and make arrangements. I know how hard it is to be on a fitness journey by yourself. So here at Kalu Konditioning we do our best to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability.
Some of my clients are more comfortable doing virtual since Covid-19. Before Kalu Konditioning I solely operated 1-on-1. If my clientele prefers virtual or even a mix of 1-on-1 and virtual then we can devise a plan to do so.
