I will take your measurements once a month. If we are not seeing progress, then we will go over what things could be hindering the progress. Most all of my clients are losing 2 to 3 lbs. per week and dropping body fat 5 to 10% a month if they are following my advice and doing what they are told on the days I don't see them as far as exercising. Staying active and eating healthy is very important! I take pride in my work and give 100% to all my clients.
