Great training facility! Excellent trainers with impressive knowledge for all ages of athletes. Both of my children (ages 11 and 14) love coming to their classes. The speed/agility training is great and so is the weight/conditioning class. Its been a great way to get ready for school sports and to keep it going throughout the school year!

I have a fitness bootcamp in Lago Vista Texas thats 45 minutes of hiit. I am very confident in what I do and changing and transforming bodies utilizing my nutrition and carb cycling list, as well as workouts that are state of the art. I design my programs, and you will always get something different. You will also not reach a plateau. I will also modify exercises if need be demonstrating correct form to prevent any injury.

Micah has been awesome to me. The overall vibe is great and I have nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend my temple fitness to my friends and family. The outside atmosphere is a good way to get some fresh air and clear your head . And it is located in lago vista at sun set park.

I've spent about a month working with Jake Behan at Innovative Health and Fitness, and I can say that it has been one of the best investments I have made in my life. I'm slowly getting stronger, improving my flexibility, and losing excess body fat. These results have slowly helped me to become a better endurance athlete, and it is all because of working with Jake. These results would not have come if I were doing this on my own.Each session so far has been different and extremely challenging. If you are doing a new exercise, he'll demonstrate how to do it correctly, and then when it is your turn he'll observe and comment while you are performing it. Jake is a highly motivated, dedicated individual who has a passion for fitness and is fit himself. It shows that he practices what he preaches (leading by example). His knowledge of strength training, anatomy, and postural imbalances are top notch. Jake is also very friendly, approachable, and humble. This review is long overdue. I came into the clinic back in February bc I wanted to do something nice for myself. For 38 years I have never really used anything on my face other than your typical moisturizer. I had sun damage, and my face had these spots and pigmentation as a result of years of neglect. I was searching around and stumbled on Austin MD and saw a before and after of someone who had her treatment done. Well, pictures are worth a thousand words and I was sold. I made an appointment and that's when I met Jeannine. She assessed my face and gave my suggestions on what I needed, never pushing anything on me. I remember telling her whatever you did on that beautiful gal please help me fix my face. From there, we worked on a treatment to help me get the results that I wanted and she also shared why it's important to use the right products. Let me tell you, if you're like me who kept pushing it off and thinking oh its just genetics or what difference does it make as long as I moisturize I'm telling you you're going to wake up one day and freak out bc you've aged so much and have not taken proper care of your skin bc that's what I did. I'm so thankful for Jeannine. If you love yourself, do yourself a favor and come in and have a consultation. Oh, and you'll be able to see the before and after of your face and how much sun damage you have and how your face has improved through the treatment. I promise you won't regret it. I've been to sweat nearly 10 times and each time it's been a great experience. True to the name I get a good sweat every time. Brandon and Jessica focus on functional training which has improved my form and overall strength over time. Other gyms I've been to ceased to be effective after the 2nd or 3rd workout, but at Sweat I've been sore each time because I've never had to do the same workout twice. Highly recommend.

I have worked out in lots of places, been to many gyms, and participated in many types of physical activity. I became interested in CrossFit while going to a martial arts school. Noticing that CFCP was the closest to my house, I decided to try it. I immediately loved it. Sure, you get to work out, push yourself, and do things you never thought possible. Sure, you get coaching on your diet as well as skill sessions one on one with coaches. You really get the whole experience of having people genuinely interested in your health. The best thing that you get out of CFCP is the feeling of community of like minded people that are enthusiastic and all pulling for you! I have never seen people be so invested in each other's fitness/health before. Sure, it's easy to interpret as being "pushed" to work hard, but that's only if you are a weak minded individual that does not understand when people are trying to help you. There have been times when I have been injured, sore, strained, and the coaches are ALWAYS driving home the fact that we are the CEO's of our own bodies and only WE can decide how hard to push. Some days they just send me over to the physical therapy side and tell me stretch out. No one is pushed past where they want to be pushed. The challenges are amazing. If you ever want to see people reach fantastic goals, come and check it out.
