I met with David three months ago on 11/7/2017. Our first meeting was to discuss my goals and what I wanted to accomplish with a trainer. He was incredibly patient and professional and very easy to talk with. I was so excited for my first day of training! Oh! Did I mention that he is an ex NFL player? That made me even more excited about working with him because he’s been through the training he was going to have me do! The first month was slow. He was very cognizant of my still lingering injuries. After the first month? The back pain that I had for two years was gone! And the progress has only continued! I’ve lost a pant size, lost 1.4% body fat and down 7.75 total body inches! The constant changing up of exercises keeps my body guessing and I look forward every Tuesday and Thursday to my sessions with David!! I wish I had a megaphone that I could shout out how good a trainer he is! I recommend him with flying flags and banners.
