Coach John is exceptional. He finds the best balance between pushing you but not pushing you over the edge. He establishes different types of workouts for us (Tabata, HIIT, cardio, strength training, with weights, with body weight.. the list goes on). We do a private workout with him and leave every single session - refreshed and stronger! He learns our strengths and builds on them. He learns our weaknesses and navigates through them. I cannot say enough good things of the effort coach brings out for the workout sessions. My husband and I are grateful for the effort towards our workout routines, the laughs, the great music and above all the consistency he’s provided us. Thanks Coach!!!

Working in a corporate gym, where training is way overpriced for the clientele we had, it was honestly depressing. The company almost trained you to only sell and if the client was not interested, we must turn a cold shoulder to them. Is that what training is really about? It was awful day in and day out going through this, so I put my foot down and decided to take a leap of faith, and work independently. Scary yes, but best decision of my life! I would of never got to branch out & reach the people I have today, and charge a fair reasonable price.
