This is my favorite Pilates place in Nashville! I have had all of the instructors and they are wonderful across the board. Lindsey Rae was my first ever Pilates instructor when I came here last year and got me totally hooked. It's a great place for beginners because they really care about getting the form and technique and not just trying to cram in as many exercises as possible in an hour.
