Large gym but very small crowd! Love that I don’t have to fight over equipment and everyone knows everyone! Was nervous at first joining a gym I have never been to but I felt at ease like I belonged! Got a personal trainer and I love how hard he pushes me! I have had trainers in the past but nothing like this guy! Best disison I ever made! This place and it's staff have been my sanctuary and my angels. Not only are the rejuvenating me physically, but spiritually and mentally as well.
