Fitness is a way of life to me, it just doesn't stop at the gym its a full experience. I am an avid athletic by heart and always trying to outdo myself and push the limits. I have done bodybuilding competitions, powerlifting and mud runs to name a few.

Donna is extremely knowledgable in all phases of fitness and very personable. Her classes make whatever exercise you are doing fun, so you look forward to going to any one of her classes. She also does one-on-one classes, when I come home from one of her classes, my husband keeps saying he is going to do one-on-one yoga with her…. once he does I know he will be hooked !! While I miss her classes on the beach, I as so happy she has a store front in Dunns Corner, Westerly, RI.
