Initially I contacted the business via their website address(January 2010)- I was emailed back within 24 hours to set up a phone consultation. The owner called me to discuss my fitness goals and history. I am used to face-paced sports specific strength training/coaching and was looking for a place that could help me maintain my level of training. I went in to see if the place could meet my needs and had the energy and experience that I am accustomed to. I went through a workout with a trainer and we felt an individual program could be developed to meet my needs. The studio is clean-has cardio equipment and three private areas where clients work one- on- one with trainers with individual programs. The clientele is diverse, from people who have never worked out before, young and old- to people who have been at fitness centers and are looking for more personal training to achieve their individual goals. Currently they offer a nutritional program that is a necessary addition to a workout program. I have been working with Aaron Atwood and his team of trainers for 6 months to maintain my strength and flexibility. The staff is knowledgeable and professional and make workouts challenging and fun.
