I just started taking class a few weeks ago. Rob is a great instructor and has alot of patience. and he is also great with kids.. I had taken cardio kickboxing class but nothing compairs to RFC.

I have been with Chrissy for 4 years now and it was one of the best decisions of my life. I have been overweight my whole life and the thought of meeting with a trainer was intimidating to me. I was afraid of being judged or insulted or pushed to do things that could hurt me. Chrissy is far from any of that. She is your cheerleader,; she keeps you accountable; she is practical and honest and most importantly, she is knowledgeable and gifted at what she does. As a physician, this is most important to me. When I moved, we kept our training online and it is still effective , challenging, provides results and is tailored to ME. I can say because of Chrissy, my perception and understanding of my body and what it can do has changed for the better. I am truly blessed to have her as a trainer and friend.

My family recently had the opportunity to train with Sensei Mark and his excellent team of instructors; Sensei Anthony, Sensei Tom, Sensei Axl, and Sensei Chris Millares. We all had a blast and give our absolute highest recommendation of this top notch school to anyone interested in Martial Arts - at any level. My wife also survived, and really enjoyed Miss Nicole's kickboxing class. For anyone new to Martial Arts your needs will be met with a friendly smile, kind words of wisdom, and more than a few hearty kia's!!! Their informative introductory one on one class will give you everything you need to succeed the first time you step on the mat in a group setting. We witnessed Sensei Axl help a shy young lady transform into a roaring tiger. Well done Amerikick Marlton.

What an amazing place! The club and its staff is by far the best around and the price is really is amazing for all you get. There are plenty of low cost gyms in the area but if you are looking to get the most for your money this is the best gym on the Main Line. New renovations look awesome

I have known Jason for more than 7 years and have trained with him for 3. Jason is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his clients. He finds your level of expertise and pushes just hard enough to move you to the next level. I have worked with other trainers in the past, but find working with Jason to be very rewarding.
