I just started climbing a few months ago thanks to the encouragement of a friend who has been climbing longer than I've been alive. I've gotta say that it is the best work-out I've had while still being enjoyable and engaging that I've had. While the customer service can be shaky at most, I've never had a problem that wasn't quickly resolved. I found most of the regulars to be down to earth and willing to help work out a problem as they encounter them while climbing. One of the owners, has personally helped me climbing some of the more difficult climbs and correct my technique as needed. I've been saved a few times by the watchful eyes of the workers in the top-roping section who quickly saw the problem before we even started.Going all in, I've gotta say that while I'm a bit new at this, I think the Wall has been spectacular for what I get in return for being able to climb locally.

Bryan Blackstone (the owner and my trainer) has pushed me to perform better than ever while helping to eliminate the pain I was previously experiencing. The in-house nutrition is top notch. Living in East Liberty, the location is convenient and easy. I cannot recommend this gym and this crew more.
