GFit is a gym where you'll challenge yourself, make a community for yourself (hello accountability!), and get nutrition support that a lot of gyms simply do not offer — it's a holistic approach. The workout of the day (WOD) is always unique and never repetitive/boring. Cheaper than therapy, GFit is mind/body support. The trainers are warm, welcoming, and don't intimidate. Shout out to Dee! I used to be into running distance but never saw any muscle definition/weight loss so cross-training was the way for me.

I started with Craig a year and a half ago (my 2 year anniversary come April) I could not be happier not only with my physical change but emotional and mental state as well. He is encouraging and supportive. I mean he puts up with ALOT of estrogen he handles the business with confidence and professionalism. Katie is an added bonus. With her feistiness and knowledge of kickboxing. I love this duo and have found forever friends I consider family.

I joined this gym two years ago when they first opened and it has completely changed my physical fitness and mental wellness immeasurably. They kickstarted my (now) active lifestyle. When I began, I could barely do 5 push ups and now not only do I box, but I also rock climb and willingly participate in team sports. My flexibility is better, my balance is steadier, and my determination stronger. After I threw my first punch I was hooked. [pardon the pun]

I have been a part of Lean Team Fitness for 2 months now and I have to give credit to my Trainer Marcus. Marcus is not like any ordinary trainer he makes sure you leave your session feeling 110% better than when you walked in. He works with you one on one and focuses on what you are trying to achieve. A lot of his workouts are very intense but instead of rushing you through them he takes the time to help you learn correct form and you know what they say "no pain no gain". Marcus also writes out a meal plan suited to fit into a more healthy and balanced life style. I've got to say that coming into the training I had a defeated attitude and with him pushing me every session and reminding me of my self worth I now have the energy and drive I once had for working out. Last but not least he does a core/cardio class on Saturdays that is good for anyone who is looking to sweat out a few pounds! Â I highly recommended Marcus and joining his movement #LeanTeamFitness

Everyone there is SO friendly and welcoming. I was initially hesitant to start up a training routine again - I had been very active before some injuries to my back and had lost a lot of flexibility and gained weight. I met with Bruce for my initial fitness assessment - he was very encouraging and made me feel comfortable about where I was physically. The personal trainers the same way as well - they push you to do your best and are very supportive. Definitely try out the small group training - its a great workout with just a few other people. Very unlike typical gym group classes because the instructors can help you modify the exercises to your fitness levels. I am really happy that one of my bridesmaids and I found this place ahead of my wedding - it's a great way to spend a little quality time together each week too!

As a Physical Therapist I am always looking for gyms and fitness professionals who understand individual goals and modifications to help members achieve optimal health. Plank'd not only understands the training process but they go the extra mile to understand each clients goals and the ways that they can best help their clients achieve them. I recommend Plank'd to my patients and trust their coaches fully.
