Not from the area but wish I was for this gym. If I had to use one word to describe the classes it I would use "thorough." It felt like a private class, I could see and feel a dramatic improvement in my form and posture. Top of the line equipment that is well taken care of. They also have a few pieces of equipment you wouldn't see in most gyms. Again, very thorough in explaining how to use them properly. Mixed up the workouts a bit from what I usually do.
Overall an excellent experience. I couldn't feel my legs the next day, I hear that's a good thing.

There is one app that I use for training and nutrition. It’s called Trainerize. In this app, you will get your daily workout, workout reminders, workout tutorials and you will also have your nutrition in the app as well.
To hold you accountable, I’ll reach out to you everyday that you’re scheduled to train to make sure you get your workout done.
Lastly, we will have a weekly check in to make sure you’re following the plan and progressing adequately. If we have to make changes, then we will.
I will mask up if my client wants me too. I also get tested once a month just to make sure I’m negative and not putting any of my clients in danger. I am also fully vaccinated.
