I started with Coah Joe on September 1st, 2017. When I initially went in to speak with him, I was so afraid of trying yet another work out program and eating plan that I would fail at. My primary source of training sessions are Client specific one-on-one sessions typically held in the comfort of your own home, at your local gym or in my affiliated gym. I also take your training outdoors, to your local park, paths or trails or your own backyard.(weather permitting). As an option I do offer small group training sessions, joint spouse training sessions and corporate training sessions. Â
