24 hours 7 days a week is what sold me. A little light on free weight space which makes deadlifting kinda difficult but unless you plan on heavy weightlifting. This gym is actually pretty nice. I go very early (4am) and I never have an issue with waiting for equipment. I can't speak on what peak hours look like though. Tons of cardio machines lots of weight machines and a handful of squat racks. I don't have any complaints. Would recommend to anyone.
