While you are working out they will leave you alone (unless you are doing a lift improperly, then they politely instruct you). If you have questions, they answer them and best of all?! Each month there is a NEW workout routine created and instructed by the trainers. All that - for NO start up fee and a great environment to workout in!They also have state of the art equipment. They entire gym is stacked tall with Hoist Equipment, meant to move the way we naturally move in order to keep the body in a natural position while working the muscles! Truly. The BEST gym in GP. Push yourself when you can, and rest when you need to. Find balance between work and rest because your rest days really are just as important as work days.
We start with small and simple habits so that you can find balance and consistency. If you want the body of your dreams you need to make lasting lifestyle changes that are sustainable.

I struggled with appreciating my body after having kids. I dove into fitness and created some unhealthy habits around nutrition and exercise. I worked really hard to create happy and healthy habits, and love my body. I know so may other women who have struggled like I did and I want to help them avoid the mistakes I did and jump straight into loving their body, while still making necessary changes to be happy and healthy.

I do not provide any exercise programs online. All personal training and group fitness classes are done in home or on site.
