Let me tell you about how great Laura is....I called Laura after my long time personal trainer quit the biz and I had struck out with another who had a strict program and personality that wasn't a fit. Laura was so thoughtful about asking me all the reasons I loved my long time trainer and why things had failed with my short term trainer. She listened intently and has worked all my likes and dislikes into our program.It became immediately obvious that this girl knows her stuff!
