Located adjacent to MoxieRide (another great boutique studio), Row OKC uses water rowers as a foundation for a killer workout. The 45 min class I took with Annie had intervals on the rower, separated by free weight exercises off of it. The studio is very clean and allows plenty of space for you to operate.Would highly encourage anybody seeking an alternate group fitness class beyond spin, yoga, barre, ect.
