Hello and welcome, I'm Christian Scott and I'm an ACE Certified Health Coach & Personal Trainer in Oklahoma. I'm a mother to a high energy two year old and wife to an amazing husband who I love dearly. I have been a fitness professional for 4 years now. I started my career as a Zumba Instructor overseas in Italy and soon afterward became a personal trainer and health coach. I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clientele ranging from the average weight loss client to special populations such as stroke survivors and individuals with M.

We are a Veteran Ran Cleaning Company that specializes in precision cleaning, with a highly structured team.
Two things are key when looking for personal trainers. One is knowledge, but more specifically, application of knowledge. It's important to not only understand the basic fundamentals of anatomy and exercise, but how to apply those to each client. The other key component is individualization. YOUR training needs to be tailored to YOUR goals. While there are basic movements that can apply to nearly everyone, the way the programming is set up to address individual weaknesses and goals is crucial.
Most importantly, I listen. Before taking on a new client, I like to set aside time to talk to them, whether it be face-to-face or on the phone. Not only do I want to hear about their goals, but I want to her about any past injuries or ailments that might prevent them from progressing, as well as anything that has held them back to that point. It also gives both of us a chance to establish a baseline rapport and make sure we can communicate effectively with one another. At the end of the day, I work for my clients. I want them to feel comfortable telling me if something hurts, they're not comfortable, or if they're not seeing the results they had hoped for.
Consistency. There are tons of diet and training methods available. The one that will work the best is the one that's easiest to implement into your daily life, the one that you can actually adhere to for a long period of time. My job is simply to provide you with those options, teach you the fundamentals, and keep you accountable to the goals you set.
The transformation in quality of life. I love watching my clients progress and meet their goals. I relish in their achievements and take pride in being able to guide them along in their journey.
After serving eight years in the military, I found myself chasing money and realized that even a six-figure salary won't make me happy if I hate what I'm doing. I've always had a passion for fitness and helping people. Running my own business allows me to do what I love and report to and rely on no one but myself. It's the ultimate freedom.
Most importantly, I care. I invest in my clients and I take it to heart when I see the disappoint of a client not meeting their goals. If someone is willing to give me their money and their time, I make sure to do everything in my power to help them succeed.
Yes. I provide online training and nutrition programming. I create the program and ask that my clients do weekly check-ins. I'll make programming changes if necessary and, as is the case with my 1-on-1 clients, my online clients have 24/7 access to me for anything they might need.
