Hi, my name is Charlie Hancock and I am a personal trainer! I understand going to the gym can be extremely uncomfortable and intimidating for some people. I work my clients out in my garage gym. It's nothing fancy but it does its job and you don't have to worry about people being around when you're working out! All my clients enjoy working out in a private setting. No need to feel insecure around me! My goal is for you to eventually be able to independently work out on your own! But if you want to keep me around for motivational reasons, I have many clients that do that! I am 25 years old and I've coached and have done personal training in several gyms. I acknowledge there are numerous ways to achieve fitness but I believe I can offer you the best program for what individually fits you best. Most people don't know where to even start even if they decided to take initiative in changing their lifestyle. I'm here to make it VERY simple for you. One of my proudest clients lost around 60lb in 3 months. I'm not necessarily saying that to pump my ego, I just want you to know I know what it takes lose weight and how to systematically implement that in people's life. *If you're an intermediate with weight training, I can coach and program your olympic lifts/gaining strength and size. *I will make you a personal diet plan as well if that is something you're interested in! *I believe in functional movements executed correctly. *If online training is what you prefer, I provide that as well. What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

To be consistent. In this day and time, we are all spoiled with instant gratification. Our bodies don't work like that. I can show you how three times a week of 30 minutes can change your body.

What do you love most about your job?

I love seeing the transformation of my clients. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Many of my clients came in with so much self-doubt and insecurity. After they decided to give it a shot, and I mean really give it a shot, it' very rewarding for me to be able to see the change inside them. They're more confident and seem to be happier after we meet our goals.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I worked at several gyms and I realized many people struggle with getting to the gym more than anything. Mainly because they are insecure around others. So I decided I'd set up a gym in my garage and take the insecurity factor out of the equation. Privacy is important. Especially when you're starting out.

Why should our clients choose you?

No need to be insecure around me! If you want me to be personable with you I can do that. If you want me to be strictly business, I can do that too. I'll mold my approach depending on how you respond best.
