I received my degree in Personal Training in 2011. After being released from the US Army, my family decided that we would make our new home, and my new training studio, in Edmond. In the Army, I received the Army Achievement Medal for setting the new standard for physical fitness in my unit. I have a deep passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals. I believe that health is for everybody and am happiest with clients who are ready to commit to changing their lives.

Damon was the first guy who ever taught me anything about fitness. When I met him I had a shoulder injury that I had not recovered from, multiple back injuries due to my time in service, and no experience in weightlifting or exercise. My body had been compensating for years due to bad posture, and the previous injury.
He took the time to teach me proper form, how to program my exercises, and strengthen my muscular weaknesses and imbalances. Today I have more mobility, less pain, a greater range of motion, and a healthier life than I did before I met him! He truly is a great personal traner!
That was all the way back in 2012. Damon is still a part of my life today. He inspired me to become a personal trainer myself! His passion for exercise, fitness, and people's general wellbeing rubbed off on me. I only hope one day I could be as good of a trainer as him
PSA! If you decide to go with Damon just understand you are pretty much signing up for a life long friend, someone who would do anything for anyone. He is probably the most Genuine, Kind Hearted, and Compassionate person I know.

Jill truly loves what she does. She is great at connecting with people and makes you feel super comfortable when you're around her. I got to witness my mom go through a wonderful transformation since she has been working out with Jill. My mom has more strength in her body then she has had in years. She tells me how great she feels all the time and how much she enjoys working out and doing weight training with Jill. If you are looking for a trainer who focuses on women's fitness in Oklahoma I would highly recommend Jill Jordan Fitness.

Jon and I have been training partners for the past couple of years, and have built a brotherhood relationship with him. I’ve personally seen him with clients countless times.. men, women, young and old. He’s engaging, personable and wants nothing but the best for his clients. He connects with them, and knows how to get the best out of all. There isn’t another person I’d rather train with. He’s intelligent and meticulous with his training style, and gives 110% effort every session. I can’t recommend Jon’s services enough. You won’t be disappointed!!

Pros:-Open 24 hours, which is super convenient. I like to work out at night, and I'm usually the only one there.-They've recently expanded into a second space, with bench/squat rigs, a larger rig with bars that you can hang rings from and do pull-ups on, and weight platforms. I don't do much olympic lifting anymore, but I appreciate having space for free weight and bodyweight movements.Cons(?):-The previously mentioned rigs are not bolted down, and the smallest one could easily fall over with rigorous use.-The large rig is nice, but it's oversaturated with bars -- everywhere there could be a bar bolted to this thing, there's a bar. This means that it's impossible to do pull-ups without banging your head, except at the ends. And even those have higher bars above them which are difficult to reach but again easy to bang your head on, so it's quite difficult to practice things like muscle-ups, which require you to get up and over a bar.-Some of the recent equipment acquisitions are questionable. There's a new giant treadmill in the back that you can strap yourself into that seems like it's for sprinting, which seems unnecessary. There are a couple of machines that look like they're out of the 70's: one with hydraulics that you lay on and pump your legs, I guess, and another that's just a fancy way to do weighted knee lifts. I'd hope that these were donated, but if they weren't, I'd rather see my dues go towards something like air-conditioning the back room.-There is a central radio that is kept on all night, and is usually pretty loud. The station varies, but is usually not what I want to listen to when I'm working out, and often can be heard even when I use headphones.-This last one is a matter of opinion, and I mean no disrespect if you happen to disagree with me. At least half of the televisions in the treadmill room are always tuned to conservative news. This, coupled with the recent acquisition and display of a Gadsden flag, might not be your cup of tea. There's also a recent notice on the door that concealed carry is legal and allowed here. If it's legal, I don't know why we need a notice to tell us that. I'm also not sure how people would carry a weapon while they're working out, or if that would even be safe, especially considering the number of children around during the day.
Hi, my name is Charlie Hancock and I am a personal trainer! I understand going to the gym can be extremely uncomfortable and intimidating for some people. I work my clients out in my garage gym. It's nothing fancy but it does its job and you don't have to worry about people being around when you're working out! All my clients enjoy working out in a private setting. No need to feel insecure around me! My goal is for you to eventually be able to independently work out on your own! But if you want to keep me around for motivational reasons, I have many clients that do that! I am 25 years old and I've coached and have done personal training in several gyms. I acknowledge there are numerous ways to achieve fitness but I believe I can offer you the best program for what individually fits you best. Most people don't know where to even start even if they decided to take initiative in changing their lifestyle. I'm here to make it VERY simple for you. One of my proudest clients lost around 60lb in 3 months. I'm not necessarily saying that to pump my ego, I just want you to know I know what it takes lose weight and how to systematically implement that in people's life. *If you're an intermediate with weight training, I can coach and program your olympic lifts/gaining strength and size. *I will make you a personal diet plan as well if that is something you're interested in! *I believe in functional movements executed correctly. *If online training is what you prefer, I provide that as well. We will most likely workout in my garage gym. I workout couples or two friends in one session. Please call or text for more information about price! My Facebook name is Charlie M Hancock! My phone number is (972) •••-•••• We can discuss more details over the phone or email! I'll do a free session with you the first time and see if this is something you want to continue to do! I'm from Dallas so that's why my area code isn't 405! Feel free to text or call me!
I make it simple. We will go over the three most important aspects of a healthy lifestyle. 3 times a week 30-45 minutes a session is what I ask from my clients!
To be consistent. In this day and time, we are all spoiled with instant gratification. Our bodies don't work like that. I can show you how three times a week of 30 minutes can change your body.
I love seeing the transformation of my clients. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Many of my clients came in with so much self-doubt and insecurity. After they decided to give it a shot, and I mean really give it a shot, it' very rewarding for me to be able to see the change inside them. They're more confident and seem to be happier after we meet our goals.
I worked at several gyms and I realized many people struggle with getting to the gym more than anything. Mainly because they are insecure around others. So I decided I'd set up a gym in my garage and take the insecurity factor out of the equation. Privacy is important. Especially when you're starting out.
No need to be insecure around me! If you want me to be personable with you I can do that. If you want me to be strictly business, I can do that too. I'll mold my approach depending on how you respond best.
All I ask for you is to give me one week. I know it's uncomfortable and scary at first, but if you don't take initiative now, when will you?
