Best personal trainers I have ever had. It’s a lot of hard work but Sugeiry and Tony know how to get results! I recommend linking up with these two if you want a great results and a jump start to your new fitness goals!

Dropped in here mid-morning to do my programming for the day along with my girlfriend and I couldn't have picked a better gym to stop in at. My stop here was a big part of why my day in Cleveland was so great! The staff was very personable and welcoming, even though there were classes going on we felt at home with plenty of space to work with. Great atmosphere, tons of equipment, nice bathrooms with showers, and good people. Will definitely come back to drop-in when I'm back in Cleveland.

Working with My Personal Trainer has been such a rewarding experience! Eric, Logan, Mike, and Lori are genuinely good people who care about their clients. They are inspirational and supportive while still managing to push you to do your best each workout. My Personal Trainer has helped me to feel confident and strong both in and out of the studio. I am grateful for the awareness, well-being, and balance that My Personal Trainer has brought to my life.

I like the kickboxing classes here - it's fun and goes by very fast. I am interested in the self-defense class on Saturdays for the women I know. Also, the owner is very nice and changes the workouts to keep it interesting.

Check them out for a massage, Jess gives a good one! And that heated table, heavenly! I walked into that place not able to look over either shoulder, or lower one of them, it was a hot mess up there. I now have full range of motion. Thanks, Jess! I'll be back for maintenance ;)

I have been coming here for 1.5 years. Jacque has helped me become stronger and more fit. She really understand anatomy and health. She is a wealth of knowledge. More importantly, The staff is warm, friendly and welcoming.

Love this place!  My son had the TIMEOF HIS LIFE (Dirty Dancing reference) crushing toddlers in soccer. Although he's 13 and plays down at the 5th grade level, he DOMINATED.  Ronaldo who?  This place made him look like an All-Star.  For all you other parents looking to make millions off their kids - invite pro scouts to watch your sons play here. You won't be disappointed and watch the cash roll in.
