Wow! This space is not enough to share the tremendous highlights of this facility. Upon walking in the sightings of unicorns grazing and eating out of my hand made me question if this was reality. Then the appearance of the rainbow gleaming from wall to wall made me gasp. One workout in I instantly became shredded and now asked to be on the cover of a magazine. This may sound unrealistic but I actually felt more intelligent after my session as well! The staff and instructors warned me of the addiction I may feel after being at CAPA even once but they totally were right. Upon leaving I found $5 lying in the parking lot. I told myself what the heck I might as well play the lotto! Well guess what, I'm now typing this from one of my private jets. This place changed my life. What an experience, staff and facility.
