Great place to drop in while on vacation! Good programming, great coaches, and lots of equipment. In June 2019, I dropped in on the 8:30 am for a week. Two days 25-30 people came to the class. Others about 10 showed up. They welcome people who've never done CrossFit to drop in. I was certain this would be chaos, but somehow the coaches made certain everyone did the workouts safely and offered helpful pointers to athletes at all levels. Over the week, the workouts rotated well among different areas of focus and skills. I will definitely be back the next time I'm at the OBX.
