I had grown up in a family of personal trainers, so I decided to start my own Personal Training business and help others achieve their goals just like my physical therapist had done for me!

The location I work in (Intersect Fitness) is considered open air by the Mecklenburg County Officials since it has 3 large bay doors that remain open. All equipment is cleaned and sprayed with disinfectant approved to kill the COVID-19 virus after each workout.
