I had a physical therapist in my past that absolutely changed my life for the better. I decided I wanted to do my part in the health and wellness industry and help change other people's lives. I had grown up in a family of personal trainers, so I decided to start my own Personal Training business and help others achieve their goals just like my physical therapist had done for me!

This will depend on your level of experience with exercise. If you are new to exercise I only offer in person so that we can look closely at your form and keep you safe. If you are an experienced trainee and want accountability and programming, I am happy to do virtual.
The location I work in (Intersect Fitness) is considered open air by the Mecklenburg County Officials since it has 3 large bay doors that remain open. All equipment is cleaned and sprayed with disinfectant approved to kill the COVID-19 virus after each workout.
