Only had a 3 day window to work in before house was sold but James came through in a big way and sent his team the same day I called. Team ran in to an issue during disassemble through no fault of their own but they never pointed a finger at anyone else (e.g. the movers) but instead offered to have a tech fix it @ no charge during eventual reassemble at new home.
