Very appreciative to CF 631 for letting us crash their party today! Not many boxes will let you drop in during a WOD to work on your oly programming (or anything other than their WOD), but Rob was super supportive to let us tuck ourselves in a corner to work out. The members were just as great! We got to chat with most of them and had some laughs. Bonus...the music selection was incredible (in my opinion)!!!!
I highly recommend dropping by if you’re in the area!!
