I am great at training people with injuries particularly to the knee, lower back and wrists. I can however provide a session to satisfy a world class athlete, and have, many times. I prefer doing a mixed modality session where my clients are challenged with strength endurance exercises as well as calisthenics and core isometric training. I utilize much of my yoga and pilates upbringing to create balanced workouts that help prepare the body to move and function properly. Something that sets me apart from many other trainers out there is my ability to spot injury and misalignment as I spent a lot of my career working with physiotherapists and chiropractors. I myself used to train at a very intense level until I sustained different injuries to my musculoskeletal system, so I truly understand what it is like to be out for weeks, months, and years because of an injury. I mostly train people at residential gyms, in their apartments or on pilates equipment in their gym. I can also find a gym to bring you to if you require space to work out. I unfortunately do not conduct (in the park) workouts as the environment is not safe, is distracting and unpredictable.
