The coaches Jason, Jesse, and Rob have much knowledge of kettlebells and barbells and are always willing to help. Their rite of passage is required for all lifters so they can fully understand and perform each lift properly. If help is needed, the coaches will always be present and will keep you in consideration. Along with kettlebell and barbell work, they also offer Olympic Weightlifting, either for beginners or people looking to improve their technique. The energy and personality of the coaches and lifters create a great, open space to feel comfortable working out.
