I also offer remote training via zoom (and yes...its not as good as in person BUT it works!) In addition--I am excited to offer a NEW APP BASED Training...(download an app on your phone, and Once we do our consult--YOU WILL GET A CUSTOM PROGRAM made just for you and your goals.....They will include videos, and step by step instructions on how to complete workout and best part is YOU DO IT ON YOUR TIME.... The most important part of the process is the Programming--many trainers will put you thru a workout, make you sweat, BUT did they help you closer to your goal? Its less expensive than in person training and if you are a beginner, its ideal. You are in the comfort of your home, you need minimal equipment and I have clients use soup cans, water bottles, etc as light weights just to work on form and movement pattern.
