Coach Juan is a fabulous teacher. He has never canceled, is always extremely punctual and the upmost professional, even when I occasionally flirt with him. A GIRL has to live a little, he looking!
Seriously, you will love his exercise programs even if you don't want to do boxing, he is very knowledgeable and you can tell he really makes it a point to give you his full attention. One WARNING though his workouts are mostly outside so be prepared to sweat in the summer. Bring a towel and lots of water. Parking is excellent though.

We first start off with an assessment.
In this assessment we go over their goals and how long will it take us to attain it. As well as any prior health issues I should know about.
After a Q&A, we go over any muscle imbalances our client’s may have so we can address any issues of underactive and overactive muscles. Since our programs are tailored towards strength and conditioning, boxing and kickboxing etc, it’s very important for us to make sure exercises are executed properly.
If our client’s goal is to learn strictly Boxing or Kickboxing, etc, we make sure to access footwork, defense and offense and proper punching and kicking mechanics to learning technique and form.
Nutrition. Nothing beats a good diet. Teaching our clients proper nutrition is a major emphasis on our programs. We make it easy for our clients to still enjoy their favorite foods just as long as they are honest and hold themselves accountable.
The best thing about my job is being able to accomplish the goal of our clients. To see them happy for completing a task they thought was impossible, gives my job a whole new meaning. Motivates me to continue to get better for them and continue to crush any goals they may have.
