Jeremy helps me continuously with the challenges I have with lower back and balance as I am aging. He's vigilant and adjusts exercises to give me the best workout possible. He genuinely cares about my well-being and he's funny and personable. It's the first exercise regime that I have stuck with, and I've been with him for years now. Sweat 716 is a small place to go for fitness classes in Downtown Buffalo. They offer a few kinds of classes, including pole dancing (you can't miss the six poles in the room!). They're located right by the theaters.I went with a group of friends so we were able to book a private class. If this is something you're able to do, I totally recommend it!Our instructor was fantastic! Our group has a lot of fun working out together and we already plan on going back.They have an app so if you're looking for class schedules, that's where you'll want to look. You can either book ahead of time or drop in.

See.. You go into a gym to check them out, while you're waiting on the owner to show up, every single person that shows up is welcoming whether they're are higher belt or not, the place is clean... then you start training and boy let me tell you, the level of skill displayed on the mat is nothing short of excellent. If this sound like a Jiu Jitsu gym you might relate to, this is place! I don't leave many reviews... I fell compelled to do so for this place

I've been going to Jada Blitz now for a month, I see my trainer Phil twice a week and usually go 2-3 times per week for cardio. I can't say enough good things about this gym and its staff.Since the first time I walked in as a non client, everyone was so helpful and friendly.The gym itself is very clean and has a great layout. It's a small private gym so they only have a few of each of the treadmills, ellipticals, etc.. But I have never had a problem getting one, unlike some of the bigger gyms. They also offer classes that I have not been able to make it to, just because of my schedule, but I hoping to make it to one of them soon. I don't feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed like other big chain gyms had made me feel in the past. I feel very challenged with my trainer and he makes sure I understand the form and purpose of everything we do. Justin the owner is very present at the gym as well, and the little added bonus that I personally love, the owners dog Tucker visits the gym often and welcomes you with kisses!I am very happy that I have joined Jada Blitz and I actually look forward to going to the gym!
