In today's age of information for workouts, exercise descriptions, and apps, the value I bring to the table is making sure you're doing it right. Weight position in the feet, balance between left and right sides, balance between antagonistic muscle groups, posture, how you stand, how you sit: these factors will determine your fitness, your injury risk, and your quality of life as you age.
