1) First thing when you wake up your look in the mirror and focus on everything you currently love. A line on the side of your arm, the shape of your hips, etc..
Yes! This does work. For some it may take a little time to get their heads around it but when you focus on what you love you get more of it and you also learn to live in the moment. Be grateful to your body for all it does for you!
2) Trust in the process, enjoy it and your results will come. Obsessing over your physical results is not healthy and in many cases can cause awful self hate cycles, eating disorders, etc
3) Focus on your health gains.
When working towards your dream body focus on all the wonderful things you will gain in the process such as energy, confidence, feeling healthy from within, reducing the risk of disease. The benefits are limitless.
