Nothing I do (lifting stuff at home, carrying luggage up stairs, anything heavy) is hard anymore and it's an incredible feeling to know you are truly strong and capable. I am a convert for life because of this crew. If you have doubts go in. These guys care so much about what they do and you as an individual. You will feel like you suck at first, until one day you can do a rope climb, a handstand pushup, a pullup, a ring dip, any of it. Nobody is great at everything and you're only there to compete against yourself. The members are friendly and supportive and I can't imagine a better experience.
