She pushes you to limits you never knew existed all the while being your biggest supporter. If you're lucky enough to get a training session with her, you're lucky enough! This location is great! They are very thorough with cleanliness, wiping down every piece of equipment used in that session afterwards. Every employee was extremely nice and helpful!

I started here because I reached some powerlifting goals and knew I needed coaching to continue properly. And coaching I got. Well planned, measurable, dedicated coaching; quarterly sessions, emails, advice and tons and tons of great training and support. Tommy, Lauren, Dana, Russ: you guys have helped me change the course of my physical abilities. Crossfit (and your work) gave me control over my body and helped me rehab injuries. Nothing I do (lifting stuff at home, carrying luggage up stairs, anything heavy) is hard anymore and it's an incredible feeling to know you are truly strong and capable. I am a convert for life because of this crew. If you have doubts go in. These guys care so much about what they do and you as an individual. You will feel like you suck at first, until one day you can do a rope climb, a handstand pushup, a pullup, a ring dip, any of it. Nobody is great at everything and you're only there to compete against yourself. The members are friendly and supportive and I can't imagine a better experience.

This is a real "mom and pop" small business gym and it has the feel of family (the good family feeling). When I come here, I feel like it is an oasis. Everyone is very supportive -- it's like working out with your girlfriends. A lot of that has to do with Nilsa and her personality. She will do anything for her clients -- has literally given me the shirt off her back when I showed up having forgotten my work out clothes. That said, with the friendly vibe everyone who teaches here is a true professional -- they take teaching and working out seriously and will push you to do your best but correct you if you are doing something wrong. (I have also been to many gyms and watched people doing lots of exercises wrong -- that doesn't happen here). I can't say enough good about it -- it is a little on the pricey side but I've been at cheaper gyms and you get what you pay for.
